Gerhard has more than 25 years of leading, coaching, mentoring and equipping global leaders from various cultures, walks of life, organisations and industries.
His academic interests support his core life business, which he explains as:

In Brief:
After spending 16 years as a pastor and coach, Gerhard gradually moved into Coaching at various organisations, served as Executive Director of Africa Inland mission International Southern Africa -, specialising in providing support services for cross cultural workers across Africa and Globally.
Currenlty he is coaching and training local and global clients, offering retreats to navigate transition and offering spiritual direction for indiviuduals and groups
He also serves as teacher and team leader and Hope Community Church in Somerset Cape Town.
