A Cocoon Weaver for transformation of People and Systems. 

All people and organisations across the world are guided by  principles. I find and rediscovered my personal calling best expressed in this ancient prayer from 60AD:

“I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which you have been called.”

“While hiking through vineyards one day, I witnessed a mesmerizing spectacle - white butterflies were dancing around me, heralding the arrival of a new season. Their metamorphosis from crawling worms to soaring butterflies resonated deeply. All of these creatures we reborn in some form of a cocoon. They required a safe habitat from where transformation happens." 

All living creatures and systems go through seasons of change, endings and new beginnings, but how do we begin again?  Or not only begin again, but begin good again? 

The cocoons, once safe havens for transformation, now symbolized my calling:  I create sacred spaces for transformation, where individuals and organizations can:

• Retreat out of office, meet online or in person.
• Rediscover deep insights about themselves and others  from various angles. 
• Appreciate the diversity of people 
• Understanding different conflict styles and triggers
• Mediate the best solution.
• become better together through collaboration strategies
• Explore questions honestly.
• Provide a framework to listen to the deeper invitations that  questions bring
• Equipping and training in relevant practices  to  reconnect to that which is disconnected
• To assist in building capacity for resilience. 
• Learn what limits clients, re-discover what inspires them, and explores towards what unifies them.
• Be able to define the old, embrace the new. 
• Develop and grow and move forward with courage.

Suffering is often the holy ground where growth, meaning, and new change unfolds. I am humbled to know I am able to facilitate this journey with and for others, respecting the beauty and power of spirituality, to restart and begin a new journey, good again. 

Everyone is good enough to begin again and it only requires  to accept the invitation to begin good again.
